My Project: To improve internal communication flow from top management to shop floor employees at the Norwegian branch. To localize and understand the root cause of the communication flaws and see that they were resolved in the best possible manner using 5S and lean six sigma strategies. I focused on resolving individual departmental issues then motivating them by working together as a team for self-empowerment and increased financial results. It was about being cost-effective, eliminating waste, maximizing workforce engagement.
I aimed to implement lean management within the Norwegian plant, reduce the hierarchical vacuum between management and shop floor and improve clear communication routines between top Norwegian management and Swedish headquarters.

Working for Chairman Fernand Schroeder at his boutique luxury property, The Albert Premier Hotel in Luxembourg, my responsibility was to develop its vision, increase its appreciation with its current client database, and reach out to new key accounts locally and internationally. My guests were 90% repeat, mainly from the diplomatic and financial sector. Bottom line: They considered the hotel their second home and would book their favourite room for the entire calendar year. My occupation and revenue increased from 45% to 75% within six months by providing thoughtful, personalised service.

Responsible for increasing corporate / VIP accounts and revenue, organizing VIP group stays, corporate events, and marketing strategies for the newly launched hotel brand owned by EMAAR with Chairman Mohamed Alabbar. My covered markets: Europe, Scandinavia, and Russia. My objective was to increase the brand’s VIP / corporate database and yearly revenue. I supervised staff customer service and their grooming standards and implemented introductory training.

My target was to increase the brand’s awareness, occupation, and revenue for VIP profile groups, specifically the Middle East, Russia, US, China, and celebrities. My markets were: Europe, GCC, Asia and Russia. My goal was to reach and surpass my yearly-targeted revenue, define the property’s yearly marketing objectives, nurture my existing client database and reach out for new market shares. I increased the brand’s global awareness through frequent sales trips, in-house and external social events (such as at the Bvlgari boutique in Moscow); celebrity stays; meet & greet, photo shootings and media coverage.

Working for my father’s International Luxury Retail Distribution Company headquartered in Milan, I served as an agent for one of his distributed brands, Calvin Klein, in the Eastern European Markets. My target was to build and increase retail accounts and points of sale. I developed these territories through frequent sales trips to Moscow, St Petersburg, and Warsaw.
